From the moment you join us at Auberge, you’re fully immersed in the heart and soul of the brand. The Circle is our introduction to the world of Auberge, giving new members a deep understanding of our culture and values. The interactive program encourages learning, exchange, and participation, ensuring each individual leaves as a true Auberge ambassador.
MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our unique Management Development Program (MDP) invites aspiring hospitality leaders to discover their unique passion and find their place within our family of hotels and resorts. The 12-month paid training and development program consists of 80% work experience and 20% professional development, with focus areas in Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
At Auberge, we’re dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders. As part of our commitment to nurturing talent, we provide a series of training sessions specifically designed to help team members step into leadership roles. From communicating effectively and handling conflict to managing and inspiring a team, the program is a springboard for success.
