THE PROGRAM
The Management Development Program (MDP) is a 12-month paid training and development program consisting of 80% work experience and 20% professional development. Auberge currently offers several dedicated paths, with focus areas in Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms. Candidates will be asked during the recruitment phase to select their path of focus as well as their preferred property location.
Phase One (Months 1-3)
Line-level work rotations
Focus on mastering service and department knowledge
Phase Two (Months 4-12)
Introduction to supervisory duties
Focus on management essentials
Leadership and soft skill development
Spent time in each discipline (Account & Finance, Culinary, Engineering, Talent & Culture, Revenue Management)
Graduation (Month 12)
Leadership competency assessment
Management role placement (based on availability/willingness to relocate)
