Join our team as the Talent & Culture Manager and be the champion of our culture and our team members. As a key leader, you will support the Talent & Culture team of Stanly Ranch, working with purpose & precision to encourage the excellence, curiosity and heartfelt service for which Auberge Collection is known.
Provide a warm & welcoming environment for all team members & visitors
Connect with each individual team member intentionally with strong listening skills to foster trust & seek understanding
Assess team member needs and determine best resources for follow up on their issues
Participate in recruiting & onboarding of all new team members
Demonstrate attention to details, and accountability for all work
Attend Daily Leader Rallies and visit departmental rallies periodically
Assist in inputting & maintaining payroll & HR data in the HRIS system in compliance with all state, local and federal labor laws, as well as Auberge standards
Collaborate on Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and assist in facilitating both Auberge Collection and local L&D programs
Participate in setup & facilitation of The Circle (new team member orientation program)
Participate in team member relations programs including holiday events, recognition programs, Lavender Loot rewards, departmental celebrations
Participate in coordination of benefits programs, including
Health Benefits (local annual enrollment, benefit fairs, billing/reconciliation, assisting with team member inquiries, FMLA/LOA processing and compliance)
401k plan communication
Assist in organization and communication of annual and early check-in performance management processes
Assist in office administration including compliance activities, labor law postings, government reporting, filing, and other administrative tasks as directed
Participate in Social Purpose efforts & assist in providing opportunities to participate for team members
Other duties as assigned
The starting range for this position is $71,000 per year. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years HR generalist experience
Experience in hospitality
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-lingual Spanish
Prior HR experience in California
Experience with HRIS/payroll system, Ceridian Dayforce preferred
PHR/other HR certification preferred
Bachelor's degree
