At Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection, food and beverage is an essential part of how guests experience the hotel - thoughtful, generous and grounded in quality.
With a strong presence, organizational discipline and a hands-on approach, the Stewarding Supervisor oversees the daily stewarding operation and is responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel, ensuring that all culinary equipment, service ware and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversees daily stewarding operations, ensuring the transport, cleaning and proper handling of cooking utensils, service ware and equipment in support of restaurant and banquet service.
- Ensures back-of-house work areas and physical surroundings are maintained in impeccable condition, upholding hygiene, safety and organizational standards at all times.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels for food and beverage equipment, ensuring proper distribution and availability across all departments.
- Coordinates the timely delivery of clean equipment and materials to all outlets and functions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
- Plans schedules and assigns daily tasks, fostering a culture of consistency, discipline and continuous improvement.
- Collaborates closely with the entire Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency and alignment across all outlets and functions.

- A minimum of two years experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality environment is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining high operational and hygiene standards.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
