Embark on a captivating journey as a Sales Coordinator, where your role transcends traditional boundaries to weave a narrative of luxury and distinction. In this multifaceted position, you will be the architect of seamless synergy between sales and marketing efforts, crafting a symphony of strategies that elevate our brand to new heights. Your responsibilities encompass an array of tasks, from coordinating sales initiatives to collaborating on sophisticated marketing campaigns that resonate with our guests. As the steward of this harmonious blend, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our resorts, ensuring that every aspect aligns with the pinnacle of excellence for an unforgettable guest experience.
- Execute contract turnovers (ensuring all contract details are noted in Delphi and the PMS)
- Runs GRC reports, pace reports, forecasting reports, prospecting reports and distributes accordingly
- Acts as the gatekeeper for all sales contracts, ensuring all details & deposit schedules are correct
- Works with the group sales managers to turn contracts definite
- Runs Market Data reports as needed
- Facilitate weekly GRC pickup meeting with revenue management team to ensure optimization of hotels
- Assist VIP reservations as needed
- Send early bird promotion emails to wholesale contacts
- Ensure appropriate guest follow up takes place in a timely and proper fashion, in accordance with the standard operating procedures
- Distribute BEOs, BEO changes
- Provide marketing assistance with distribution of collateral
- Works closely with the Marketing team to execute a social media strategy for (property)
- Works alongside other key roles within the organization and guides on-site property managers to generate content that aligns with the brand’s social media strategy, and speaks to a luxury consumer
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in or an interest in social media management and marketing
- Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
