Job Description

Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as The Revenue Analyst supports the hotel’s commercial strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution. This role ensures that revenue decisions are data-driven, aligned with market conditions, and designed to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, analytics, or reservations preferred.
  • Experience with RMS, PMS, CRS, and OTA extranets.
  • Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Forecast accuracy (rooms & revenue).
  • RevPAR index (RGI).
  • ADR and occupancy targets.
