The Pilates Reformer Instructor is responsible for the fitness journey of clients from beginning to end. This includes listening to clients about their personal fitness goals and developing training programs to help clients achieve that goal. Demonstrations of technique and providing of tips will be a part of the job to help clients achieve their desired physical fitness state.
- Work with clients on a one to one and/or group basis and be a good listener to what they are wanting to achieve
- Create curated training programs and classes for clients & guests
- Demonstrate training techniques and movements
- Provide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goal
- Ensure safe and effective use of training equipment
- Maintain training equipment hygiene and safety
- At least two years of experience as a pilates reformer instructor
- Fitness Certification required through a nationally recognized organization, as well as Pilates Reformer certification(s)
- High energy personality, passionate about health & fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of exercise science and fitness techniques.
- Understanding of nutrition and diet.
- Demonstrated ability to lead classes effectively.
- First aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training required
