- Work all positions and work independently in the kitchen as needed with business demands.
- Works and assists the chef with specialty dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts, following specific recipes and presentation standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, and fillings for various pastries and baked goods.
- Decorate and finish pastries and desserts with glazes, icings, and garnishes, ensuring an attractive presentation.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures, conducting quality checks to ensure each item meets taste and appearance standards.
Pay Range $16 - $18 / hour, dependent on experience
