The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the resort’s extensive 12,000-acre landscape. Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, irrigation maintenance, and general landscaping across lawns, gardens, trails, recreational areas, and guest spaces to ensure a clean and visually appealing environment.
- Maintain the appearance and health of the resort’s 12,000-acre landscape through mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and general landscaping tasks.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, trails, gardens, and outdoor guest areas to ensure proper function and safety.
- Monitor plant and turf health, identify issues such as weeds, pests, or disease, and assist with appropriate treatment and care.
- Support seasonal landscaping projects and collaborate with the grounds team to uphold the high aesthetic standards of a luxury resort.
