Job Description

As Director of Outlets, you will oversee all food & beverage outlet operations, including our restaurant, bar, pool dining, and In-Room Dining, delivering exceptional service, culinary excellence, and memorable guest experiences that reflect the luxury standards of Bowie House, Auberge Collection. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a strong operational background, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within luxury hospitality environments and a proven track record of successfully leading high-performing restaurant and outlet teams in a hotel or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy for all food & beverage outlets, ensuring alignment with the property’s vision, brand standards, and financial objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire outlet managers and team members, fostering a culture centered on excellence, accountability, collaboration, and exceptional guest service.
  • Partner closely with the culinary leadership team to enhance menu offerings, drive innovation, and ensure consistency in quality, creativity, and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including service standards, labor management, scheduling, cost controls, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure the highest quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Experiences and Events teams to conceptualize and execute activations, pop-ups, partnerships, and programming that elevate the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance, including labor and P&L management, and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations while maintaining luxury hospitality standards throughout all outlets.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in senior food and beverage leadership roles, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or multi-unit hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, service-driven culture.
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, culinary and beverage trends, luxury service standards, and hospitality best practices.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements, manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and implement operational strategies that enhance profitability.
  • Significant experience overseeing high-volume restaurant and bar operations with a strong focus on guest experience, operational excellence, and quality standards.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality management roles required.
  • Proven ability to champion workplace culture, build engaged teams, and recruit, mentor, and retain both hourly and leadership talent.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Must possess, or obtain upon hire, valid TABC and Food Handler certifications; prior experience operating within Texas alcohol service and food safety regulations, including familiarity with TABC compliance standards and food handling procedures is strongly preferred.
