Join us as a Conference Services Coordinator who turns meetings into memorable experiences. Skilled at orchestrating event details, coordinating teams across the resort, and ensuring every conference, retreat, or celebration runs smoothly. Known for juggling logistics with a smile, anticipating guest needs, and helping create seamless events that feel effortless and enjoyable.
- Coordinate all logistical details for conferences, meetings, and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and resort departments (catering, banquet, housekeeping, AV, and sales) to ensure event needs are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
- Manage event timelines, room setups, catering orders, and audiovisual requirements to create smooth and memorable guest experiences.
- Anticipate client and guest needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide attentive, high-level service throughout each event.
- Monitor event operations on-site, making real-time adjustments to ensure events run efficiently and reflect the resort’s hospitality standards.
