Guest Service & Hospitality
Prepare coffes, teas, and specialty drinks according to the highest quality standards.
Engage with guests in a warm, attentive manner, ensuring each interaction feels personal and welcoming.
Support guests by responding to requests, offering recommendations, and ensuring comfort throughout their experience.
Beverage Preparation & Station Management
Operate coffee machines and equipment with precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked coffee station at all times.
Ensure proper presentation of all beverages, respecting recipes, ratios, and visual standards.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with servers and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service coordination.
Communicate guest feedback and requests effectively, contributing to the team’s ability to meet and exceed service standards.
Cleanliness & Sanitation
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee station and surrounding areas.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations rigorously.
Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and handled with care.

Skills & Competencies
Prior experience as a Commis de Rang/Coffee Attendant higly recommended.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Italian.
Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
Availability
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
