- Deliver exceptional guest service by offering premium beverages and personalized attention from the beverage cart throughout the resort grounds
- Operate and maintain the smoker, preparing high-quality smoked items while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and create a memorable, elevated experience through friendly, professional, and proactive engagement
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, handle transactions accurately, and maintain organized cart and service areas
- Uphold luxury brand standards by maintaining a polished appearance, adhering to resort service protocols, and supporting special events or peak service periods
