Join our team as a Beverage Director and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Wildflower Farms team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant, event and beverage teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Ownership of both Restaurant and Event Beverage menus. Provide updates to the menu based on seasonality, trends or inventory changes. Ensure menu items are priced correctly to achieve Beverage Cost.
- Manage inventory and purchasing for the Beverage menu - Restaurant and Events. Maintain a properly stocked bar and storeroom. Ensure that all beverage storage areas remain organized and secure at all times. Complete a monthly inventory - consignment management is helpful.
- Ensure proper staffing levels for the bar team at all times, while adhering to budget guidelines. Train staff on drink preparation and luxury beverage service.
- Lead an exceptional dining experience - highlighting the Beverage program to be a differentiator. Engage with guests to ensure all needs are met.
- Assist with overall restaurant management to include but not limited to floor shifts, bartender support, wine recommendations for guests, etc.
- Conduct daily meetings with the bar team to ensure knowledge of daily operations and beverage offerings. Attend hotel meetings as necessary (BEO, Rallies, Leadership, etc.)
- Comply with all Federal, State, and Local beverage regulations
- Adhere to health and safety standards for Beverage preparation.
- Any other duty as assigned
Pay Rate: $100,000/year - $110,000/year

- At least five years experience in the restaurant/hotel industry in a beverage management capacity.
- Knowledge of wine, wine service, beverage standards, and various drink recipes. Sommelier certification is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays
