The annual base salary for this position is $70k - $78k.

As part of the Mauna Lani 'ohana, you will support all team members in providing exceptional team member experiences along their Mauna Lani.
- Lead recruitment strategies for union and non-union positions, aligning with company values.
- Manage the interview, pre-employment, and onboarding processes.
- Develop talent pipelines with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Oversee the company's LinkedIn page and use LinkedIn Recruiter for leadership roles.
- Drive team member relations through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Administer benefits, including health insurance, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) plans.
- Support labor relations, including contract administration and union relations.
- Assist with safety certification training and educational assistance programs, as needed.
- Participate in team member activities and train T&C coordinators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High school graduate required. College education is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year prior hotel experience is preferred.
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality, preferred.
