Administrative Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a professional and organized office area at all time while ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked. 
  • Collaborate with Front Office & Itinerary Design teams to execute Notable Guest Inquiries (reservations, amenities, customized gifts, VIP Site Alerts).  
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to support email and scheduling inquiries. 
  • Prepare event space for Executive leadership meetings

Talent & Culture Responsibilities: 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of Talent & Culture while ensuring confidentiality. 
  • Assist with full life cycle recruitment process for non-exempt team members (pre-screening, onboarding, background/reference checks, and offboarding).   
  • Help organize and coordinate team member housing accommodations along with travel coordination as needed.  
  • Maintain accurate and organized team member records.  
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for team members seeking assistance with Talent & Culture-related matters.
  • Maintain the properties online resource center to ensure it is current at all times.  Create new content daily.   
  • Support various Talent & Culture project initiatives as needed.  
  • Foster effective communication and relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the T&C team for recognition, training, learning, and development initiatives.  Facilitate training as needed.  
  • Assist with the execution of the properties L&D calendar which includes scheduling, event planning, and content creation 
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment through adherence to safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize and participate in culture-building activities and events.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a Talent & Culture or HR setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, particularly in the areas of Workers Compensation and OSHA.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
