In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and training all Spa team members to ensure guests are receiving the ultimate spa experience. As the master organizer, you will also be responsible for scheduling all spa-related appointments, checking guests in and out, and assisting in all retail sales. The Spa Supervisor will come with a friendly and helpful demeanor and be able to manage guest issues and create solutions.
- Ensure the spa and fitness facilities are prepared for proper opening and closing each day
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities including ensuring facility/amenities are in proper working order
- Arrange all spa appointments for a la carte services/activities and packages
- Support Director of Wellness with all administrative functions of the Spa including using Spa software, maintaining inventory of supplies, answering telephones, making appointments, and answering questions
- Oversee efficiency of Spa operations at the Spa front desk via proper scheduling of appointments and staff as well as review and revise scheduling daily
- Assist with billing for all Spa services and retail sales including preparing receipts
- Be thoroughly familiar with and provide instruction on Spa software
- Assist with inventories and cost control
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating Spa Reception and Locker Room employees

- At least 1 year of experience within a luxury hotel property, spa environment or luxury retailer preferred
- Experience leading a small team with a positive and heartfelt approach
- Ability to handle customer requests, issues and come up with quick solutions
- Trusting to handle confidential guest information
- Show initiative and strive to prioritize operational needs and anticipate guest requests
- Be an excellent communicator, great listener and super understanding whether towards other team members or guests
