We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to oversee and shape the service and culture of our dining operations. As a creative and energetic team leader, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience by setting and maintaining high service standards, while motivating and guiding team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Leadership: Lead and influence the service culture of the restaurant and bar to consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day dining operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional quality.
- Team Development: Provide continuous training, coaching, and support to the team to uphold service standards and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Quality & Guest Satisfaction: Regularly monitor guest satisfaction trends and service quality, making adjustments as needed to meet and exceed expectations.
- Revenue Maximization: Implement marketing strategies and up-selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction while driving overall revenue growth.
- Staffing & Training: Hire, train, and supervise hourly employees as well as F&B Managers and Supervisors, ensuring high standards of performance and engagement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant and bar's budgeted revenue, track financial performance, and update forecasts as needed.
- Catering & Event Sales: Actively drive catering revenue by collaborating with the Sales team and working closely with Catering and Sales teams to optimize opportunities.
- Guest Reservations: Partner with Residential and Guest Services to capture hotel guest reservations and promote restaurant bookings.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations to drive traffic and business into the restaurant.
- Labor Management: Oversee payroll and labor forecasting to meet budgeted labor expenses throughout the year.
- Culinary Collaboration: Collaborate with the culinary team to monitor menu quality, provide feedback, and ensure seasonal menu updates are aligned with guest expectations.
- Marketing & Digital Presence: Work with the Marketing team to ensure the restaurant’s digital presence is up-to-date, with accurate menus, marketing collateral, and promotions to drive restaurant and bar reservations.
- Service Excellence: Actively train and enforce ARC service standards, regularly testing and developing team proficiency in delivering exemplary service.
- Industry Trends & Marketing Strategy: Research industry trends and competitive sets, using this information to drive targeted marketing strategies for the restaurant and bar.
- POS System Management: Ensure the POS system is fully accurate, including pricing, programming, modifiers, and inventory controls.
- Inventory Control: Manage wine lists, liquor, and beverage inventories, ensuring proper menu placement and accuracy in stock levels.

The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, exempt position is $80,000- $85,000. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a Senior F&B Manager or Restaurant General Manager role.
- Proven success in driving profitable operations and managing high-performing F&B teams.
- Extensive experience in executing events in various settings, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Strong financial management skills, including experience with financial reports, analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of attention to detail and effective leadership.
- Ability to lead by example and uphold high service and operational standards.
