Night Manager

The base salary range for this position is $70k - $82k.

Join our team as Night Manager and become one of the authors of our story.  As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operation of the resort.  He or she will be adaptable to business demands and have a natural focus for customer service excellence.  Influential communication skills (verbal and written), a keen eye for detail, and robust computer skills are key for this position.   

  • Supervise all overnight team members on property.
  • Conduct property checks to ensure the safety of hotel guests and security of hotel property.
  • Handle all guest related concerns and questions to ensure the guests satisfaction.
  • Maintain log book and report all necessary occurrences to the appropriate department for follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Responsible for daily occupancy/revenue reports.
  • Understanding of expenses and payroll cost control.
  • Strong ability to work on computers and understanding of Excel and Word programs. 
  • Must be outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive mental attitude.
  • The ability to think and respond quickly to pending problems and ability to effectively process information and prioritize tasks at hand.
  • Prior hospitality experience required in a front office setting.  College degree preferred.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays for the overnight shift, according to department needs.
