Job Description

The Commodore Perry Estate “Mansion Concierge” is a dynamic role supporting both Food & Beverage and our Membership Department. 

Reporting directly to the restaurant General Managers, The Mansion Concierge will be responsible for coordinating all special reservations for both the Mansion and Lutie’s Restaurants. This includes, large party requests, private dining requests, group dining/experiences for 14 guests and under. They will focus on providing highly personalized service with a strong focus on maximizing F&B revenue and driving utilization of the restaurants. The Mansion Concierge is strategically positioned in the mansion offices to assist coordination of other food and beverage operations outlined in the key responsibilities below. 

Additionally, As the primary point of contact for all member reservation needs, they will ensure seamless and personalized service across a range of experiences for our membership. Collaborating directly with the Director of Membership, this on-site role supports member engagement through high-touch, detail-oriented service — from on and off site dining reservations, offsite spa wellness scheduling, and room booking at other Auberge properties. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all member reservation requests, including:

    • On-site and offsite dining experiences

    • Spa and wellness appointments

    • Booking onsite Experiences 

    • Room Rates including Membership Perk to other Auberge Resorts Collection properties

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to members, their guests, hotel guests, and local guests at all times.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (culinary, rooms, transportation, events, etc.) to ensure coordinated and elevated service delivery.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all club amenities, programming, and Auberge property offerings to provide informed recommendations.

  • Attend as a “event host” all monthly member events and regularly visit recurring member programming. 

  • Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality in managing member preferences and information.

  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, preferences, and communication within the member CRM system.

  • Provide on-site support Tuesday through Saturday, ensuring concierge coverage during peak member activity times. (10am-6pm)

  • Tracks uniform inventory actual counts against par levels, in collaboration with food and beverage management and orders accordingly. Provides monthly uniform inventory count to Finance and Food & Beverage Management.

  • Audits daily Restaurant and Bar menus, paper quality, and presentation, and prints when necessary new menus.  

  • Audits digital sites to ensure menus and hours of operation are updated, working with Marketing to ensure these updates are completed.

  • Works closely with Concierge, Sales and Pre-Arrival teams to ensure our Hotel Guests receive restaurant reservations, specifically large party requests. Appropriately  flags reservations to ensure extraordinary experiences in our Restaurant and Bar venues.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of concierge, luxury hospitality, or high-end service experience (private club or resort experience strongly preferred).

  • Professional presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with concierge or CRM systems (such as ALICE, SevenRooms, OpenTable or similar) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the Auberge Resorts Collection brand and guest experience standards is preferred.

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule.
