- Plant and tree care: Planting, maintaining, and trimming trees, flowers, shrubs, and bushes
- Landscape bed Maintenance: Edging, mulching, spraying, pulling weeds, hand watering, irrigation, and some minor lighting
- Lawn care: Mowing, edging, seeding, fertilizing, and watering lawns
- Equipment maintenance: Operating and maintaining equipment such as chainsaws, blowers, and lawnmowers, and performing minor repairs
- Grounds keeping: Raking and mulching leaves, laying sod, and caring for ornamental features like benches, fountains, and planters
- Snow and storm removal: Clearing snow and debris from walkways and parking lots, yards, and cleaning up after storms all over property
- Other tasks: Protecting against erosion, ensuring grounds are safe and ready for events, and transporting tools and supplies
- Lifting 20lbs continually, 50lbs occasionally
- Working in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation in all weather
- Decorating for events/holidays
- Interior Plant care when needed
- Greenhouse and garden work as needed
- Maintenance duties of the property as needed and assigned
