Crest Club Concierge

The Concierge at Crest Club plays an essential role in creating an unparalleled experience for our elite members and their guests. This position requires a high level of service orientation, local knowledge, and an ability to anticipate and fulfill a wide variety of guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and enthusiasm. As a Crest Club Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, ensuring that their time at the club and in Telluride is seamless, luxurious, and truly memorable.

• Personalized Service: Greet members warmly and provide personalized assistance to anticipate and exceed their needs, from ski and dining reservations to arranging transportation and unique local experiences.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and coordinate custom itineraries tailored to each member's preferences, including dining, après-ski activities, spa appointments, and guided outdoor adventures.
• Local Expertise: Share expert knowledge about Telluride’s activities, dining options, events, and attractions, as well as provide insider tips on the best ski runs, scenic spots, and local culture.
• Reservations & Bookings: Handle reservations for dining, ski lessons, spa services, and other activities, ensuring all arrangements are flawlessly executed and communicated.
• Transportation Coordination: Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, local shuttles, and private car services, and ensure members have seamless travel experiences.
• Event Coordination Support: Assist in the planning and execution of private events and exclusive club gatherings, working closely with the events team to ensure each event is memorable.

The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $20.00/hr + commissions. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
