Embark on a culinary adventure where your creative flair and passion will elevate an entire experience for our guests. This role will help lead our culinary team and curate exquisite menus, all while bringing a special touch to each interaction- leaving a lasting impression on our guests and team members.

  • Plan and execute banquet events with exceptional attention to detail in both preparation and presentation
  • Order all products for assigned events. Ensure timely delivery, proper quantities and the highest quality ingredients.
  • Generate accurate and efficient prep lists.
  • Oversee daily production checklists for the prep kitchen.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards in food service areas.
  • Implement effective food management protocols to maintain quality and reduce waste.
  • Inspect cooking equipment for functionality and coordinate necessary maintenance
  • Address all dietary restrictions and food allergies with careful attention to cross-contamination prevention
  • Troubleshoot service challenges promptly to maintain seamless guest experiences
  • Provide constructive coaching to team members while fostering a positive, collaborative environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members regarding menu details, ingredients, and event logistics
  • Collaborate with the banquet team on events, tastings and menu development.
  • Assist with staff meal menu creation and oversight.
  • Oversee one of a kind Culinary Experiences and Classes that are in line with the Soul of the Place
  • Support broader culinary operations during high-volume periods or special circumstances
  • Adapt to changing priorities and additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Pay Range: $80,000/year - $90,000/year

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Banquet Chef within a luxury hospitality environment 
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related business field (or equivalent professional experience) preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands
