The Assistant Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operations for all Food & Beverage outlets which includes Clay, Pool/Dew Bar, Minibar, and Room Service. This position supports world-call support to guests and team members.
- Provide leadership support to all Food & Beverage Venue operations including Clay, Great Porch, Dew Bar and In Room Dining.
- Consistently maintain Wildflower Farms service standards throughout all F&B departments.
- Lead and analyze guest satisfaction, quality of service, sales, costs, quality and presentation of food and beverage products, service standards, condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
- Ensure all F&B outlets are adequately staffed to support F&B operations while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Work with the Restaurant General Manager to create a departmental budget, then monitor and maintain the food and beverage cost in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures for all restaurant outlets are completed accurately.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with all F&B team members to ensure they are current on all Company initiatives and daily operations.
- Act as a mentor, communicate effectively with employees, acting as a motivating influence, training all new team members.
- Ensure all F&B outlets are prepared for daily service.
- Ensure the flow of service remains consistent throughout all shifts to include timeliness and accuracy of service to all guests.
- Partner with the Culinary team to ensure accuracy in orders and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct training for all team members to include new hires and daily training to ensure team members are knowledgeable of Company service standards.
- Maintain the highest levels of guest service and develop a rapport with both the hotel and community guests, meeting and greeting guests at the Restaurant, and handling guest concerns effectively and pleasantly.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to support a positive work environment.
- Ensure all food & beverage equipment is well-kept, clean, and operational at all times.
- Manage beverage service in accordance with federal, state, local, and regulations.
- Assist in weekly inventories and reconciliations and support cost control procedures.
- Ensure respect for safe food handling procedures and a safe-working environment.
- Perform any duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $70,000/year - $80,000/year

- Minimum of three years’ restaurant management experience preferable in a luxury hospitality and elevated dining environments
- Robust knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- ServSafe Certification highly desired
- Hospitality degree highly preferred.
