Reporting directly to the Area Director of Reservations, you will be responsible for ownership of the reservations email inboxes, responding to all travel partner emails, administrative projects, day to day tasks, and reservation quality control in a professional, friendly, collaborative manner. The position is required to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with all associates throughout the Auberge Resorts Collection.

Responsibilities include:

● Monitor the departmental inboxes throughout the day and handle all emails professionally, efficiently, and accurately.
● Attend daily meetings as deemed appropriate by Area Director of Reservations and Area Director of Leisure Sales
● Be available for property visits when deemed necessary by Area Director of Reservations and Area Director of Leisure Sales
● Create email quotes for guests or Travel partners requesting availability through email
● Create requested reservations in a detailed, efficient and accurate manner
● Lead the team with the handling of VIP leisure sales reservations and travel partners, including leads sent from the Area Director of Leisure Sales
● Review all reservations made for quality, accuracy, and follow up on inaccuracies to ensure reservation is correct for arrival.
● Maximize revenues through upsell opportunities
● Input all inquiries into Revinate system for Lead and Revenue Tracking
● Maintain accurate, relevant knowledge of all properties within the region, room types,
experiences, rates, and property specific details.
● Assist with ensuring travel partner commissions are processed accurately.
● Assist with overflow calls for the Area Reservations team to assist with call volume as needed.
● Add information to guest profiles such as previous stay experience, special occasions,
preferences, and other pertinent information with strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Share relevant guest information to the pre-arrival teams to ensure a personalized guest
experience.
● Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed on behalf of guests.
● Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Area Reservations Leadership Team.

Qualifications

Required skills include:

● Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
● Google Suites proficiency.
● Opera and Revinate experience.
● Pleasant, articulate, and professional phone and email demeanor.
● High School diploma or equivalent.
● Must have a collaborative, team oriented attitude
● Ability to work a flexible schedule as the demands of the season fluctuates and to provide the best coverage to support the team. Weekends and holidays required.
● Ability to take on new responsibilities and roles as the position demands, whether they are
administrative or operationally based.
● Centrally located in the Northeast Region preferred with the ability to travel to properties when necessary

 

● Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and thoughtfully to best represent the property.
● Ability to work independently with self direction and with a team remotely.
● Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at once.
● Ability to make smart decisions that support resort operations.
● Ability to professionally represent the resort, and interact with clients in a polished, responsible,
and timely manner.
● Ability to communicate information to operational departments accurately and in a timely
manner.

● Ability to track sources of business, qualifying each call in order to better direct marketing
efforts.
● Knowledge of Auberge Resorts Collection culture and New England region a bonus.
● Timeliness, reliability, and sense of urgency in handling tasks.
